تأتي مسابقة MOSAIC من ضمن توجهات الدولة لدعم الابتكار وريادة الأعمال في جميع المؤسسات التعليمية، ويسعى صندوق رعاية المبتكرين والنوابغ ISF لتنفيذ برنامج MOSAIC Monitoring Of Scientific Academia – Industry Cooperation والتي تستهدف تحديد وقياس مستوى الابتكار والتعاون مع الصناعة في جميع الجامعات (الحكومية– الأهلية– الخاصة– التكنولوجية)، وأيضًا المراكز والمعاهد البحثية على مستوى جمهورية مصر العربية في نسختها الاولي للعام الاكاديمي الحالي 2022-2023.

Innovators Support Found
In the year 2017, during the country’s celebration of Egypt 🇪🇬 Science Day, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi initiated a presidential decree that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MHESR) would establish a Fund to sponsor innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs, and gifted students, in which the public/private sector and civil society financially participate in the social responsibility activities.
ASSIGNMENT & SCOPE OF WORK
ISF initiated an invitation to all Egyptian universities and research centers for the MOSAIC competition. The objective was to create a platform to oversee the competition. This platform would also identify the winners using sophisticated equations developed by university professors. Moreover, the platform was designed to facilitate the participation of the judges.
